29.07.11 - drill socket set

Tung Gach, 8 1/2 Lincoln St., made an initial appearance on a batterer's education program contempt charge. The court appointed Merrill Swartz to represent him in this case. The Contempt Hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 31. Gach was released on his own recognizance.
Gerald Dommer, 19 1/2 N. Center St. Apt. #4, made an initial appearance on a contempt/failure to pay fines charge. The court appointed Jennifer Steffens to represent him in this case. Dommer is scheduled in Magistrate Court at 9 a.m. on Aug. 19. Dommer was released on his own recognizance.
Larry Rogers, of Conrad, made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule I Controlled substance charge. The Public Defender's Office was appointed to handle his case. The Preliminary Hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Aug. 15. Rogers was released on his own recognizance. The court ordered that he obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days.
