Because this set features active 3D technology, it can produce some eye-popping 3D images. This is the good stuff, with 1080p going to each eye. It's also a great 2D TV, with deep blacks via the Infinite Black 2 panel, 3D 24p Cinema Smoother technology, the 600Hz sub-field drive, and Panasonic's own 3D Image Viewer.
The TC-P65GT30 also has plenty of other perks, including a game mode, VIERA Link, four HDMI inputs and two USB ports. It doesn't have WiFi built in, but that's an option with an add-on adapter. However, you can hook the TV to your home network using the set's Ethernet port. Of course, you're going to want to do that to check out all of the web goodies offered through Panasonis's VIERA Connect platform.

Panasonic tc-p65gt30 black friday I upgraded from a 2 year old Panasonic plasma and am totally happy (so so much, i.e. if it does not crumble next week). I appear to possess gotten a more moderen build and don’t have the Fbr issue, the ergonomics are great, and therefore the black levels and different image attributes of the TV are an exact improvement over my already stellar 65S1, which it replaced. Another minor improvement is it’s significantly thinner than my 2 year old plasma.
All the Viera gadgets work well, and unlike my previous TV HDMI/HDCP handshakes work well and i don’t have any video/audio dropouts like I used to often modify.
Highly counseled.
