This iron was recommended to me but I have been very disappointed with its performance. The main complaint is that it gets extremely hot. So much so that the stitching on my M&S cotton tee shirts actually melted and this was using the setting I have always used with my previous irons. It does have a really long cable which is brilliant but although it's not supposed to drip, mine does. I have made allowances for the heat and now turn the temperature guage down and the steam does get out creases but I'm not convinced it's worth paying the extra to get it.
